At WideHorizon, we believe digital play should be as transparent as it is engaging. This agreement governs your use of our gaming applications and digital services, ensuring a balanced, secure experience for our global community.
User Licensing & Permissions
WideHorizon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our gaming applications. This license is strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Developer's Intent
"We build our apps to be mobile sanctuaries. By respecting the license, you help us maintain high-fidelity updates and localized Italian server support for everyone."
Ownership of Content
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the services (including but not limited to any titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, and methods of operation) are owned by WideHorizon or its licensors.
Usage Constraints
The software is licensed, not sold. Our "Health Premium" apps require a modern device (iOS 15+ or Android 11+) to function at peak efficiency. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code unless expressly permitted under applicable EU law.
WideHorizon interfaces are designed for ergonomic, single-session comfort.
Prohibited Conduct & Community Standards
To maintain the integrity of our digital oasis, we enforce a strict policy against disruptive behavior. WideHorizon reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these core principles.
No Exploitation
Hacking, modifying files, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage ("cheating") is strictly prohibited. This includes data mining or bypassing regional lock features.
No Harassment
Interaction within our multiplayer environments must remain respectful. Hate speech, harassment, or impersonating WideHorizon staff will result in immediate suspension.
Commercial Abuse
Selling in-game items or account access for real-world currency is prohibited. WideHorizon accounts are non-transferable and tied to the original creator.
Failure Modes: Avoid Account Suspension
Automated Play Bots
Using macros or bots to farm rewards. Correction: Stick to human-driven session rhythms for authentic progress.
Chargeback Fraud
Initiating payment disputes for delivered services. Correction: Contact support@widehorizon.space first to resolve any billing issues.
Shared Credentials
Allowing friends to log in to boost rankings. Correction: One user per device per account is our standard safety protocol.
Technical Overloading
Spamming API calls or server requests. Correction: Use the app as designed; our servers automatically throttle anomalous activity.

Subscriptions & Virtual Goods
While many of our applications are free to download, WideHorizon offers "Premium Access" and virtual items to enhance your experience. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by EU consumer protection laws.
Automatic Renewal: Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your platform settings (App Store/Play Store).
Price Changes: WideHorizon may adjust pricing with a 30-day notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Method Note: Evaluation Criteria
Our billing approach is evaluated based on transparency and robustness. We prioritize "Premium Tactile UI" and ad-free loops over intrusive monetization. Risks such as third-party payment delays are mitigated through direct platform synchronization.
Liability & Service Warranties
We strive for perfection, but digital services are subject to hardware and connectivity limitations. Read our boundaries regarding service continuity and risk.
"As Is" Disclaimer
WideHorizon provides its applications on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every mobile device variant on the market.
Trade-off: We prioritize high-resolution graphics quality, which may impact battery longevity on older hardware.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WideHorizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
Note: This includes data loss or device overheating due to environmental factors outside of app management.
Force Majeure
WideHorizon shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, carrier failure, or regional infrastructure breakdown.
